A Personal Journey to Dentistry
Like many people, my journey into dentistry started with a personal experience. As a teenager, I had a root canal that completely changed how I viewed dental care. My dentist not only relieved my pain but also inspired me with the precision and care involved in treatment. That experience sparked my fascination with healthcare, leading me to pursue a career where I could make a difference, one smile at a time.
Bringing Experience and Expertise to Every Patient
I've been practicing dentistry for nearly five years, starting in Boston before settling in Maryland. As a general dentist, I strive to provide comprehensive care, but I have a particular passion for biological dentistry. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping patients find relief from pain and restoring their smiles.

A Holistic, Patient-Centered Approach
At our practice, we do things a little differently. Our goal is to create a stress-free, judgment-free environment where every patient feels valued. We take a holistic approach to dental care, focusing on natural, non-toxic, and minimally invasive treatments whenever possible. With state-of-the-art imaging technology, eco-friendly practices, and a commitment to going paperless, we’re blending modern dentistry with patient-focused care.
More Than Just Dentistry – A Commitment to Community
I believe oral health education is just as important as treatment. That’s why I regularly visit schools in Howard County to teach children about good dental habits and overall well-being. My mission is to make sure every patient, young or old, feels empowered to take control of their dental health.
A Life Rooted in Passion and Dedication
My journey started in Pakistan, where I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Army Medical College. After completing my general practice residency at the Armed Forces Institute of Dentistry, I moved to the U.S. in 2014 to be with my husband. While balancing life as a mother and preparing for dental board exams, I worked as a dental assistant and participated in community outreach programs across the Mid-Atlantic. I then pursued advanced restorative dentistry training at the University of Florida before earning my DMD at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.
Today, I live in Howard County with my husband and two wonderful kids, a gentlemanly 8-year-old son and a lively 2-year-old daughter. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, or exploring new ways to bring the best care to my patients.
I look forward to welcoming you to our practice and helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile!
